Meet the Team
Ashley Olson - President, Producer
Ashley was born and raised in the beautiful Flint Hills of Kansas. While attending the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS she started had her first exposure to the insurance industry when working for 1-800 MEDICARE. She completed her under-graduate degree just as the Affordable Care Act guidelines were being implemented and changing the insurance industry. Ashley felt strongly that she would be able to apply her legal education and insurance background to help people navigate the increasingly complicated insurance landscape.
Over the course of the next decade, Ashley worked with small and large employer group health plans in several different leadership roles with one of the largest insurance companies while living in Central Texas.
Eager to be closer to family and friends, Ashley relocated back to northeast Kansas in late 2017 and founded Complete Health Benefit Solutions in early 2019. The agency’s focus is helping individuals make informed decisions and benefit selections when entering Medicare or seeking affordable, quality medical benefits for themselves or their family.

Ashley Tytus, Insurance Broker
Ashley was born in Derby City, Louisville, KY. She attended the University of Louisville before relocating to Central Texas. It was there that Ashley was introduced to the insurance industry as the industry-changing Affordable Care Act was in the early stages of implementation.
During her time in Central Texas Ashley also joined the United States Air Force Reserves, where she received training as a Pharmacy Technician. Over the course of the next decade, Ashley gained valuable knowledge and extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries
Provided with a holistic point of view, Ashley acquired the tools necessary to help others make well-informed decisions about their medical coverage needs. Currently, a resident of her hometown, Louisville, KY, Ashley is dedicated to making conversations about insurance and healthcare more palatable.
Driven by a passion for helping others, she takes pride in providing the best service to meet the expectations of her clients!
